Please read this agreement carefully before using the site (“Site”). Information and services on this site are managed by Advance E-Commerce (AEC) for your personal and non-commercial use and are subject to the user’s agreement to the Terms and Conditions below. By using this Site, the user agrees to be bound by this agreement.



TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. COMMITMENT
AEC pledges our commitment to doing everything for you before, during, and after you make your reservation to ensure your satisfaction and complete confidence in our service.

B. CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our English-speaking staff is on hand during normal office hours (Mon.-Fri. 08:00-17:00 pm., Sat. 08:00-12:00 pm.) to handle your inquiries and assist you in all matters, regardless if you’re in the country or abroad. Just call (662) 260-7860-2 from abroad or (02) 260-7860-2 for domestic calls and speak with our friendly representatives.

C. SECURITY
All transactions are protected by powerful Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology and Private Communication Technology (PCT). These technological tools adhere to the security standard used by many large, international e-commerce sites.

D. CONFIRMATION
All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Booking confirmation will take within 24-48 hours if reservation is received during our office hours (Mon. - Fri. 08:00-17:00 pm., Sat 08:00-12:00 pm. local time) and then we will send you the booking confirmation voucher for your verification. In the unlikely event that the purchased requested room is not available, all efforts will be made to accommodate you in a similar type room or its equivalent at that hotel.

E. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
The full amount of the booking will be charged to your credit card only after the booking is confirmed. Once the credit card is processed, we will e-mail your booking confirmation voucher to you for your verification. The Credit Card Holder must be a member of the party requesting service or must be able to verify the relationship between the credit card holder and the user of the booking request. The client must submit a valid credit card when completing the credit card form. All care must be taken by the client to ensure that the information provided in the credit card form is correct. Thailandebooking takes no responsibility for any incorrect information submitted.

Booking cancellation before booking has been confirmed or before voucher has been issued then the full amount will be automatic reversal to your credit card immediately however it may take up to 2-4 weeks for the actual crediting to take place depending on your Bank's practice. If you wish to cancel your booking after the voucher has been issued, a cancellation fee will be apply as follows;

* Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival date -- Full refund
Notes: 3% deduction from the full amount as a result of the processing fee charged by the credit card company.
* 15-30 days prior to arrival date -- 25% will be apply
* 7-14 days prior to arrival date -- 50% will be apply
* Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival date -- No refund

F. CHANGES IN PRICE AND ITINERARIES
We reserve the right to adjust hotel, car, flight and tour rates as deemed necessary without prior notice. In addition, if tour programs are forced to change itinerary for reasons beyond their control, the tour companies reserve the right to offer an alternative tour itinerary as deemed appropriate without prior notice.

G. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photographs show places and scenic attractions in the same geographic area, but may not necessarily be included in the tour. Photographs of hotel rooms may not represent actual room occupied.

H. LIABILITY
While AEC strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, software, products and services on this Site, AEC make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. AEC assume no liability or responsibility for any damages or loss related to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information. Furthermore, AEC may make improvements to this Site at any time.
The use and browsing of the Site is at users’ risk. AEC nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the Site. Without limiting the foregoing, everything on the Site is provided to users “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Please note that some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so come of the above exclusions may not apply to you. Check your local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding the exclusion of implied warranties. AEC also assume no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in the Site or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from the Site.

In no event shall AEC be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, even if AEC have been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available from this Site.

Certain parts of the tour are provided by the concerned airlines, hotels, transport operators and local tourist offices operating independently. AEC therefore, not responsible for any loss, injury or damage caused thereby to the tourists including those occurring outside of the normal touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest shall be borne by the tourists. Programs, prices, services, and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing hereof and are consequently subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour. Participation in the tour implies the tourists' acceptance of the above conditions.

I. DISCLAIMER OF GUARANTEES

Users understand and agree that the use of services offered on this Site is at user’s own risk. The service provided on this Site is on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AEC disclaim all guarantees of any kind, whether expressed or implied.

AEC assume no liability with respect to good or services purchased through this Site. In case of online purchase orders, AEC, and the appropriate bank shall verify such orders according to our rules and regulations. If the conditions are fulfilled, the user shall be deemed to have made such order without having to sign any other documents. AEC will not be held responsible if the user disputes the ordering of such goods or services.

AEC make no guarantee that the service will be satisfactory to your requirements and expectations. AEC are not liable for refunding services or goods purchased through this Site that did not meet your expectations.

J. USE OF INFORMATION AND SERVICES
Any communication or material you transmit to the Site by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the likes, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. AEC may use anything you transmit or post for any purpose, including but not limited to reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast, and posting. Furthermore, AEC are free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in any communication you send to the Site for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, and marketing products based on such information.

AEC have not reviewed all of the sites linked to the Site and is not responsible for the contents of any other sites linked to this Site. The inclusion of links to these other sites does not imply any endorsement of the material on those sites. The links were provided for your reference only.

L. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
All materials on this Site, including all information, pictures, graphics, interfaces, and text contained on this Site, as well as the organization and layout of the site, are the property of AEC and are protected by copyright laws. No material from this site may be reproduced, published, translated, distributed, or displayed without written consent from AEC.

The trademark, trade names, logos, and service marks (collectively the “Trademarks”) displayed on the Site, including ThailandEBooking, are registered trademarks of AEC. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site, or any other content on the Site, except as provided in these Terms and Conditions, is strictly prohibited. Users are also advised that AEC will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights tot he fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution.

M. MODIFICATIONS OF THE SITE
AEC may make improvements or changes in the information, services, products, and other material on this site at any time without notice. AEC may modify the Terms and Conditions at any time and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement. Accordingly, users agree to review the agreement periodically, and the users’ continued access and use of this Site shall be deemed as the users’ acceptance of the modified agreement.
